The documents must contain a calculation of PPI Commissions compensatory interest.
LOL!  What are your court talking about? This isn't a PPI claim!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I know. I was surprised and confused as well.
  • Hello, I have received letter from Civil Enforcement that they are willing to settle this claim for the sum of £95, which is the original sum of £60 and the basic court fee of £35. The offer will expired tomorrow.

    What do you think?

We think it sounds like they don't feel their case is strong.  Could be about to discontinue.

Did they normally offer to settle? Or only if they think they not strong?

Offering to settle as low as £60 suggests they are desperate.

It sound like they are desperate.
On the other hand, I was thinking of paying it and just forgot about it.
Or should I not give up? And fight?

How strong is your case?  Is it an overstay in a retail park like in ParkingEye v Beavis which is always less strong than other scenarios?

I have parked for my break without knowing that I’m not allowed to park because the signs were not visible. To my surprise there was camera on entrance and exit which I did not seen.
When I have received the PCN I went  there and looked on some of the signs and they were in Turkish and only some in English.

When I looked recently they have changed them and they are only in English now.

Sounds strong, if you have evidence. Dodgy signs are the main point in any defence!

    What's 'beak' (typo)?
