Keep it. It's yours. Your card, your work which they weren't prepared to share, you've taken responsibility for the holiday.
You did the research. They wouldn't be getting a holiday if it wasn't for you.
And as they wouldn't commit to doing the booking it's possible that one or the other will withdraw leaving you fighting for the balance.
See how it goes and if you want to treat them to a coffee at the returning airport.I can rise and shine - just not at the same time!
viral kindness .....kindness is contageous pass it on
The only normal people you know are the ones you don’t know very well

Having ben in this situation a lot of times (we travel regularly with another family and I always do the organising), I have always shared any cash back.0

The wording on the MMD is "I am due" £60 cashback. They haven't even been paid it yet, it might take 9 months to get paid and they will probably have had their holiday before then. So no, keep the cashback when it arrives and keep in mind that it might not even be paid at all.

In the same situation, I'd keep it because sounds like the holiday wouldn't even be happening if you hadn't taken the initiative and booked it. You used your credit card which offers cashback. To be honest my friends wouldn't care and wouldn't want me to share the £60. If it had been £200 I would share but the amount is too small to be bothered about really. Enjoy your holiday and don't worry. Your friends surely won't begrudge you this small tip. Please note - taken from the Forum Rules and amended for my own personal use (with thanks) : It is up to you to investigate, check, double-check and check yet again before you make any decisions or take any action based on any information you glean from any of my posts. Keep it - you did all the leg work!0

Have you extracted the payments from everybody in the party? With some people, £60 is insufficient for the effort you will have to take to get them to put their hand in their pocket.
