  • OK sound that's the right one then thanks. For the appeal am I counting my 26 days from the date of issue or date of sending the notice? Because there 2 different dates I don't want to get it wrong

    But the 26 day tactic only relates to windscreen PCNs.

    10 Posts First Anniversary
    Hi guys I have send the one size fits all template to both of the PCN and had an automated response for one of them saying I'll get a response up to 28days and haven't heard anything else since. I sent the one size fits all template on the 18/09/2021. I have come home today 8/10/2021 and 2 debt recovery plus letters through my door that's 23 day I take it jd parking aren't going to reply. What is the next step from here do I need to contact debt recovery plus. I'm not sure pleae help
