Jd parking consultant leeds

Hi I've been parking on a bit of land for work. Charles apartments and you can pay on the just park app. But jd parking consultant have sent me 2 parking tickets one on the 25th August which I haven't paid (because I didn't know about the app) but they have sent me one for the 27thaugust aswell which I've paid for on just park. All the signs were faded and falling to pieces but he's changed them since. Can anyone help me with the ticket I haven't paid for?

Thanks

Do you mean you’ve actually paid a private PCN?   Or do you mean you paid the tariff and haven’t paid either of the scam charges?

Please tell us what you need to know that’s not already in the NEWBIES thread 1st post?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Have you read the newbies?  Have you complained to your MP?
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
  • Payed the tariff. No not wrote to the mo this has never happened to me before and needed some advice on the process. I've not read the newbies I'll read them now and see what they say

    Thanks
  • Ye sorry I've just read back to myself the first statement I put I got 2 pcns one for 25th August and the 27th August. (I haven't paid the pcns).  But where I've been parking you can pay to park on the just park app so on the  25th August I didn't know about the app so didn't pay to park after speak to a few lads on site I found out about the just park app and started paying so the pcn for the 27th August I have a receipt on the just park app to say I've payed to park. But jd parking consultants have sent me 2 pcns through the post. I hope that's a bit easier to understand sorry for the 1st badly written statement

Appeal them both anyway as per the NEWBIES thread.  No saying who was driving.

Eh?  Not sure I understand that. Can you explain please?

Yes as per the Newbies thread if appeals are for 28 days.  No need to check the info in the NEWBIES advice thread.

The one-size fits all template, written in blue text so there can be no mistake, is the one to use PROVIDING you are the registered keeper and it is not a leased/hired car, in which case there are templates further down written by Edna Basher.
