    Or report them to their Trade body for not stopping 'work' on a case and sending it to DRP instead of replying to your appeal and offering the next stage/ADR.

    But read posts 3 and 4 of the NEWBIES thread first.

  • Hi guys I've got a reply for jd parking today saying my appeal has been unsuccessful. They say I haven't giving them the drivers names. Which I don't have to do do I? Plus its been 31days since I sent my first appeal. They said 28days  can this againest them. But now my appeal has been unsuccessful whats the next step?

    You wait for a court claim within the next six years.  Have you not read thenewbies?  
    You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

    Are JD members of BPA or IPC? (i.e. did they give you a code to take to a further appeals body? If so, did they inform you of this further appeals body when rejecting your appeals?)

     How do I go about getting them on my side? 

    They are not on your side and wil do their best to ensure that the PPC wins.  However an adverse decisiom is meanigless.  It is all explained in the newbies. 
    You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
