Remove all this as none of this assists:
I believe this to be ‘International Parking Systems (UK) Limited must be linked to ParkingEye. ParkingEye state no payment was entered for XXXXXX but this was not the case. Mr X.XXXXXXX of XXXXXXXXXX, NN11 XXX witnessed this ticket purchase, he also received a PCN after paying the correct payment to park immediately afterwards. I have a witness statement available however this was not submitted......if I'd seen the 'evidence' ParkingEye have now submitted I definitely would have done so in my POPLA submission.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
