I'm confused about the credit card payment reducing your net worth? Surely it should stay even, as you now have £270 less debt 🤔?

I think it's the way YNAB records it @South_coast, perhaps I'm getting my terminology confused. While NW (i.e. assets vs liabilities) remains the same, the credit doesn't exist to begin with (not an asset), so YNAB says you've got less money available overall when you pay some off.

I don't think it likes credit unless it's fully funded/monies allocated to the credit card, which you don't do if you're effectively stoozing, as not fully funding the credit card is basically the point. Every time I look at my credit card account it tries to get me to allocate £10k at once, which isn't happening :D

At the risk of offending the sensibilities of anyone remotely Scottish, I saw haggis, in a tin....... in fArmF00ds the other day.........  I'm not sure - even if it was a veggie version - I'd want to try that......... 🫤
