£5.99 OPed and a few £ moved to the EF.
Mortgage has moved to a fraction under £197k
We will need to stop the OPs come January, £1,000/mth towards an extension will take real effort and quite probably a new diary
My new salary and title has already been included on next Tuesday's payslip. It is slightly higher than expected and I am unsure whether I will need to reduce AVCs to help fund the extension savings. There are still dribs and drabs of overtime working their way through the system, I plan to wait until all of the overtime is exhausted and then see what my 4-weekly wage looks like before making any decision.11 -

A float is an actual float in a pod filled with water and a huge amount of magnesium salts 😉6

I knew a float was a dip in a flotation tank but I have such a yearning for a float being one of those huge US icecream dishes that look like a long, low, vase with tonnes of cream and custard ... No idea why!

When I was growing up a float was a scoop of vanilla ice cream lobbed on top of a tall glass of fizzy drink - usually a Coke. I suppose its sort of the child's version of an Affogato 🤔😊🤤7
