You won’t blancmange - they want you to do well, they want a strong candidate for the role. You’re going to go in there and make it really hard for them to decide to choose someone else because you are going to be on their side, aligned with their vision and how they work. They will feel what it would be like to work with you and how that just makes everything flow more easily for them. You’ve got this.KKAs at 15.01.26:

In other news, a long expected but never assumed development has finally come to fruition. FIL's estate has settled after nearly two years and MIL has gifted Mrs E an incredibly generous windfall (low ££,£££). We're in the very privileged position of having a few projects around the house in mind that we could use the money for but don't need to use the money for. We are feeling quite lucky these days, all of our financial good luck ships have come in (Mrs E bonus, this, new mortgage rate, childcare going away). Might be time for a new diary.16 -
Oh that's a nice thing to have indeed Ed, although these things always come with a tinge of sadness don't they.
You'll be able yo add your new job to the list of the fortunate things soon! 😉😃6 -

Presentation question folks. I've got to do 10 mins max on a new strategy being implemented, the likely challenges/opportunities associated, and how I can help.
I'm finding it takes me about 2 mins to read my notes for a 4-bullet slide. Is that too long? A bit wary after my overly long application4
