are you familiar with the STAR acronym Ed? It's a good reminder to include evidence in your answers and analyse how you made an impactknow thyselfNid wy'n gofyn bywyd moethus...5

Thanks all for the positivity! X
I have been feeling a bit overwhelmed today but suspect it's just nerves, finishing DD1's Halloween costume, workload and cooking a kleftiko from scratch 😂
DD1 was pleased as punch and looked super cool as an alien. She is growing up so fast but is still a little girl in some ways. I'm glad I could enter her world and do something special for her
@pavlovs_dog - I used STAR for my competencies - think you get shot in the public sector if you don't! I'm going to use the AI to make STAR flashcards for me based on my application contents. I also have to deliver a 10-minute presentation (opportunities and challenges type stuff). I'm going to keep it fairly neat - 5-6 topics with very basic stats, a couple of references to show I know the sector, a wee link to my skills to show how I can rise to the challenge with each 🤞🏻 That's the plan, the challenge is to avoid turning into a wobbling blancmange on the day!7
