Check your MCOL claim history ( which you should have been doing ) to see when it was posted
But do follow the advice given today , emailing it to the ccbcaq email address and checking for the auto email receipt , then check it's been logged on MCOL before Friday
Not checking MCOL caused this problem , regardless of the lack of the DQ envelope1 -
