The allegation is that the driver "walked off premises "
But what if the passengers remained? Have you complained to your MP?
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.1 -
There isn’t a firm called Premier Parking. There are 3 PPCs with similar names though.
Please make sure you show in all your document headings, the Claimant firm’s full name exactly as stated in the claim form. And tell us who they are please?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Exactly.... what if the person who drove in handed their keys to a passenger who was remaining on site or both insured on the vehicle and they have a key each!?! Where does it say on the signage that the person who drives the car in is shackled to the site and will be subject to CCTV surveillance on their person and face penalties if they step off the boundary?!? Absolute jokers!D_P_Dance said:The allegation is that the driver "walked off premises "

I only have 1 claim. The car park in question was controlled by VCS in 2016 but now its Premier Park Ltd and the signs are smaller than in 2016 and just as unclear !!Coupon-mad said:OK, keep this thread only about the case you are defending and if you have another case, have a separate thread about that.1 -
If you use Google Street View it allows you find the location and you will be able to view old images of the last recorded Street views which are done every year or 18 months or so and will be able to grab some images of how this carpark used to look.Dollydespair said:

Hi
I sent my defence to the court as instructed after following everyones advice and i did hear from DBS legal stating in October stating that VCS intended to proceed with the claim. They stated that the Court would send both parties the Directions Questionnaire and that they had already filed the claimants and attached a copy for me. The attachment was blank! i heard nothing from the court until yesterday when i received a letter "General form of judgement or order" stating i had failed to file my D Questionnaire !! i have been given 7 days to do this. i am now completing the downloaded N180 form from the website since i was never sent one from the Court. do you have any advice for me ?2
