Hello,
So a quick run down of the points.
Judge didn't have a WS from me and allowed me to speak and i won the case as i was loading outside my property as the claimants photos were all taken within 18 seconds of each other. I had mention some points at POFA but this wasn't allowed as there was a notice on the windscreen.
Opposition was not there and on the basis of loading the case was dismissed. The judge didn't mention court costs but I'm going to email the court to see if this was possible. Will update if this is allowed. Just relieved that its over but have also found out there is another few tickets outstanding but after that shouldnt be a problem.
