Fluid ISA Bond 1 Limited

Even when it isn't a scam, the best these companies can offer is to do for a fee what you can do yourself for free. The joint liquidators are the only ones able to return your money, and they will need very little from you to be able to discharge that duty.

Can anyone tell me if they have heard anymore please, either by email or letter?0

Also why is FluidIsa1BondLimited still showing as ‘Active’ at Companies House?0

Entering into a Creditors Voluntary Liquidation involves a number of steps. They have engaged an insolvency practitioner, who is in the process of assisting them. We do not know whether a meeting of shareholders has been held to pass a winding-up resolution (this should have happened at least 14 days after the decision to put the companies in CVL was reached). We will know within 14 days of the resolution passing as it must be posted in the Gazette. It will also appear at Companies House shortly thereafter. Given that this course of action seemed to be agreed before 23rd February, it is surprising that there has been no news after another >3 weeks, but it shouldn't be too much longer.See this guide for more information: https://www.thegazette.co.uk/insolvency/content/103793

all people who took out the fluid bond should be receiving this letter, which will be followed up with a full list of creditors.
if I get any more information then I will of course update this thread.1 -

Thank you for update. I’ve not I’ve not received any form but I moved & did update them but not confident it will find its way to me. Do you have an email/phone number or address I can contact to chase? My 3 year bond was due to mature next month so I don’t want to miss out the opportunity of filling out a form?0
