!!!!!!. Our Bond was supposed to mature today. We had been trying to contact Fluid by phone but just getting the usual ‘engaged’ tone and no response to emails. I decided to check Companies House and saw the change of address! Rang the number to be told Fluid Bond 1 Ltd have gone into liquidation and we will receive a letter this week. Gutted! Then I came on here to find all the comments which I’d had no notification about 😬. I wish I knew if we are likely to get anything back...we were relying on it 😩0

I’ve emailed again but still no response. It’s really not looking good. I’ve not received any post or emails either to advise about the liquidation. Like yourself I was relying on the money. Did you not notice your quarterly interest had not been paid?

Yes we did! If you look on Companies House you will see the contact address has changed to “c/o Leonard Curtis” who is an Administrator 😬0

Has anyone heard anything officially? Still no email replies or letter in the post for me? Just wish I knew what was going on?0

I have not heard anything since the email I received from Leonard Curtis as I contacted them directly to find out if there were any updates regarding Fluid my reply on the 23rd February:
"Please be advised that Leonard Curtis has been instructed to assist in placing Fluid ISA Bond 1 Limited into Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation, and we will be writing out to all customers in due course with further details."It is frustrating the not knowing, but looks like we have to wait until they do eventually do contact us

If a company is in administration the only way to get money back is via the administrators. If no money then they have nothing to distribute.Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.2 -
Regarding c prompt, at first they say no fees upfront then farther down the line the story went ‘fluid have moved the money to a new bond and want 25% upfront to release it…..’ No thanks!3
