  •  Don’t suppose you have a dashcam or Google location enabled on your phones, which shows that in fact you were there a couple of minutes less?  People have outed ParkingEye timings to be ‘wrong’ with that sort of evidence.
I do have both of those yeah, but I'd imagine my dashcam would have overwritten it by now. I could look at Google and see if it shows it. Regarding the land owner, I'm really struggling to find out who it is I looked at the land registry earlier and even that just lists buildings and not plots. Contacting the land owner is my next port of call but Im just really struggling to figure out who it is.

My dashcam keeps months of images.  Certainly look at your Google location evidence and send it to ParkingEye if it proves what I hope it proves.

Hi all, I've managed to get some details of the landowner. It's a P.G Investments (Leicester) LTD. I have a registered address which I presume is their home, and the names of their directors. I have no contact details for them such as email or phone numbers. Any idea where I go from here? Cheers.

You could try companies register or Linked In.

Have you complained to you MP?
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

Im not sure how this would work as it happened in an area outside of where my local MP is based. I live in North Warwickshire, this was in Leicester city centre.

Any complaints about any MP matters should only be referred to your local MP , parliamentary rules say so !! No choice in the matter because you are their constituent

They can refer it to any MP they see fit , but I must go through your own local MP to start with. The fact that you don't understand it doesn't change the advice

As above.  Protocol requires that YOU complain to YOUR MP
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

thank you, this is another route i'll take if the talk with the landowner doesn't go well. sorry for all the questions but i have another. i cant find it now, but i remember reading somewhere - possibly on this forum- to write/email parking eye with a refusal to accept fine notice stating that you will not be replying to any more letters from them unless it is a court summoning and if they want the money then to take me to court, is that good advice? On top of this, as the fine is already at maximum (100 gbp) am i right in thinking they cant up this anymore so to just ignore unless i get actual stamped court notices, then i can pay the full 100 (same price) to make it go away or attend court and either win or lose, and if i lose its the 100 plus court fees which i believe to be 35 GBP. and as long as i attend court, win or lose, i wont get a CCJ on my record? is this the correct way of thinking? cheers.
