Thanks. I've sent it and received an immediate acknowledge of receipt. I sent it out of hours last time. The acknowledgement also says to make sure you sent it in the correct format. I printed up the defence, signed it and scanned it back into the pc and attached it to the email. I hope this is correct!!1

Now check MCOL claim history daily until it shows as logged ( received ) , then check claim history weekly , for progress , following the 12 numbered steps in the defence template thread by coupon mad
I hope you emailed it to CEL too ? Possibly legal3@ etc, instead of info@ or office@ etc
