You are wrong.
For the simple reason that 11th September is a Saturday.
As I wrote earlier:

...you have until 4pm on Monday 13th September 2021 to file your Defence.

I would change, 

"As at least another motorist ..." to "As at least one other motorist ..."

Whenever you use acronyms and abbreviations, ensure you use the full expression first followed by the abbreviation in brackets, then use just the abbreviation thereafter.

The Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 (PoFA 2012), then just the PoFA 2012 afterwards.

Other than that it looks fine to me.

Did you get an auto-response? (You should). If you didn't keep checking your MCOL file history to confirm it shows your defence as filed.

Good. Still check your MCOL history anyway to make sure it gets logged properly.
