We sent the renewal in plenty of time, and it also says our claim would auto renew and as a child is changing education it would be updated by the 7th sept. Anyone else finding this, and is it likely a payment be made this week as nothing showing?
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

Have you informed them that your child is continuing education? This is separate to the annual renewal.chanz4 said:We sent the renewal in plenty of time, and it also says our claim would auto renew and as a child is changing education it would be updated by the 7th sept. I had a child go into further education last year, and my account was showing the same as yours is now.
This year my middle child is moving up and now all I have a one off payment showing and nothing more.
As long as they are aware your child is continuing education your claim should be updated this weekMake £2023 in 2023 (#36) £3479.30/£2023

Ah, it's reassuring to see this thread and realise it's not just us showing no upcoming payments despite informing the DWP of DD staying in education! Fingers crossed it all sorts itself out...0

@Pinner_Boy @chanz4 my gateway account has now been updated with future payments so you should both hopefully be able to see yours now/soonMake £2023 in 2023 (#36) £3479.30/£2023

Thank you, yes, happy to confirm our future payments are showing too!annabanana82 said:@Pinner_Boy @chanz4 my gateway account has now been updated with future payments so you should both hopefully be able to see yours now/soon
Would have been good if there was a bit of info from HMRC that we'd see payments seemingly stop but then re-start in this scenario, but anyway, all's well that ends well! (I've copied that saying from somewhere...)0 -

I am having the same problem, I logged into government gateway and my tax credits just says

You cannot use this service and child benefit just gives me options to tell them about further education but nothing else.
Is this what others are getting?
I sent off the info to child benefit in June saying my daughter is continuing educcation and the check progress thing says completed yet have heard nothing from them0 -
Update, literally answered the phone with child tax credit as I was typing my first reply. They said it will update overnight and show payments etc from tomorrow0
