Why don't you use their 'general enquiry' form to ask them for an email address where you can send them a copy of your Directions Questionnaire?

Like Keith said once the claim deadline has passed.
If you are going to phone make sure you do it early as soon as the phone lines open as it's impossible to get through otherwise. I think the staff lines open at 9am, so ring at 8:55ish.1
