The standard height of a ceiling is 2400 you wanted full to ceiling height, the tall larder units are 2340. is your ceiling lower than this? If so is the standard larder unit at 2160 still to tall?.
To be fair if your kitchen ceiling height is lower than this then this is unusual and something you should have taken into consideration and made B&Q aware of.1 -

I get i would always of needed a skip but now i need 2 another for the fridge and sink unit i kept in till last.A sink unit can be collapsed and put in the car.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

TBH I am a little sceptical about this.
I use B@Q's Spaces design tool every couple of months and have recently just finished one.
It's the exact same tool they use in store to design, no different and when you set up the room dimensions then if the unit is to tall it does not accept it and cant place it in the design. So for me the OP cold not have gave them the ceiling height.0 -
When we ordered ours last year from BnQ we somehow ended up with the 2340 larder unit instead of the 2160 (we had a beam running through the kitchen and it was somehow added as 150mm on the design instead of deducted, should have noticed but I didn't) but the units were pretty easy to cut down to size dont think it even added half a day to fitting adjusting it.1

Ok im suprised at the amount of people picking holes in what im saying rather than giving constructive advise but anyway, the fridge has to be taken apart to remove as it does not fit out so doors and panels ext will go in a skip, and i would really like to see a sink unit in an a4 boot with a 12 inch sub in it. As for not giving measurements i have paperwork from ordering kitchen with height measurements on with the lady who designed it writing and name on so yes measurements were provided and not taken into account. The question i asked is where to go to seek advise to possibly claim for losses not to explain every little thing that i say over and over, so if it is a consumer to business contract you are covered under the consumer rights act and can claim losses, if its a business contract you cannot.0

OP - we mean well. There's a wealth of experience on this board and people are generally very ready to help so please don't feel that the universe is conspiring.
