Dressing room/ Guest bedroom

I'm a little annoyed at the mo as my plans to turn the 4th bedroom into a dressing room have been pooh poohed by the male in the house (3 women in this house me and 2 mini women)
He thinks we need a functional spare room for if people come to stay, But I say we can have it as a dressing room/ guest room as if and when people come we can just move the odd bits out and into another room for a few nights.
He cant get it in his head how a single day bed that pulls out into a king size will work in there with what I have planned, Even tho I have told him that it will fit I have done the measurements 4 times over and I know what's going to work.
Pinterest doesn't have much in the way of multi use dressing/bedrooms unless they are the size of a tennis court, So can anyone point me in the direction of a small bijou dressing room that works or let me see your dressing rooms.
If he gives me the look again tonight he may end up under the floorboards.

How frequently are you going to have overnight guests? Seriously?
When I was a child it was pretty frequent; it was also always me that gave up my bedroom. Keep your dressing room, and if there are guests the mini-mes can bed down in it. They may even find it fun

No one needs a spare room that is a spare room all of the time.I'm so over it. Make a space that belongs to your family all of the time.After that, think about where guests might sleep.We had friends this weekend. We gave them and their kids our room and ensuite because it was the best use of space. We have a bigger than average house now but it's designed for us to use every day as a family (meaning less bedrooms than any normal
person would attribute to the space) but I'm satisfied constantly by using ALL of the space that we own on a daily basis. And our friends said they felt guilty but they really relished having the best room in the house, not the worst!! It's a win:win.We've had much smaller houses with rooms dedicated to nothing. It's completely wrong! It was fine to sleep elsewhere in my own house for two nights.You guys take the sofa or the king size sofa bed when guests visit. And reap the benefit of an entire house used EVERY DAY!!! 💪🏼Don't compromise every day.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

We may have guests maybe 6 times a year for the odd weekend or a week.
The girls are getting double beds, Ive a king and if push comes to shove the kids could stay with my mum 5 mins drive away.
I want to make it an ultra chic little room for me and the girls mainly as its something I want them to have, How nice is it to be able to invite friends to come get ready for a wedding or party in there own little room, complete with hollywood esq mirrors and the choice of perfumes, make up and clothes.
I want the girls to have a beautiful space that they can use, Not just a dumping ground for washing.
This is the reason we bought a 4 bed in the first place !3 -

Fertility treatment, Hellish pregnancies, The younger nearly dying, Me nearly dying and the oldest with ASD.
I do spoil them but they do get told no and have boundaries, I just want them to have the best that we can give them.
They do give back as well, We just want them to learn that you work for what you get in life and to never settle for anything less than their all.5 -
