I appreciate everyone keeps saying jrhys witness stating but a witness statement is based on events and what happened. My case does not relate to what he experienced, yes the usual letters and double recovery are the same. But my PCN relates to blocked permit bay preventing me from parking in the allocated spot and escorting my child inside his dwelling. May be I'm looking at the wrong thing but theres isn't much on there I can use unless you can explain otherwise

Then you base your witness statement on the "format and style" of the @jrhys WS and put the narrative that relates to your situation and your defence.

I've read his witness statement on here but when it comes to court I'm not that au fait for example I understand my arguments and evidence to support them, but when quoting pofta do I need to exhibit the entire thing of can I just take the extracts from it and exhibit those instead?
Do you mean POFA?  The judge should have access to POFA.  Just use excerpts from it that relate to your witness statement and defence.

Yes apologies, fingers to big for this tiny on screen keyboard. Thank you le_kirk, would it be ok to highlight the sections of the IPC and POFA that I use to assist the judge?

Would it be a good idea to upload the claimants WS in order to assist me in case I've missed anything out that can potentially be argued?

That's always a good idea (upload to dropbox or similar - not embedded in a post here). Make sure to redact only YOUR personal data within their WS ... leave any of their data exactly as you received it.
