Expand on the particulars of claim , signage , code of practice , CRA 2015 , POFA , no landowner authority , rubbish their WS if possible, include relevant extracts , backd up by transcripts , pictures , documents , anything and everything that assists your defence and case , at their expense , Jopson , recorder Cohen , the Wilkinson case , Etc

Is my witness statement the only thing that is referred to in court or will my original defence also be used upon as I dont want to duplicate to much info as the abuse of process is quite large in my defence and dont want my witness statement going on for pages and pages0

All of the paperwork from both sides should be involved or used , including your defence , everything !1

This section is quite lengthy and requires reference to alot of other cases. In regards to these cases do I need to provide them a exhibit number of just refer to cases by name so that judge can refer to them if needed?0 -

I've read his witness statement on here but when it comes to court I'm not that au fait for example I understand my arguments and evidence to support them, but when quoting pofta do I need to exhibit the entire thing of can I just take the extracts from it and exhibit those instead?0
