Thank you I'll keep trying, its to get an idea how to layout the ws as don't want to copy and paste someone else that isn't applicable to my situation. Do I need to send a copy of my WS and evidence to GS?

Yes.             Doesn't the Order from the Court tell you that?

The newbies thread tells you all this and it’s so important that you read the section about KNOW WHAT HAPPENS WHEN.  As well as doing the consultation tomorrow.

Forgive my knowledge as I've not been back here for over a year since I filed my original defence. The sticky by you doesn't state when GS has to be in receipt of my WS for example if the court date is the 24 of Sept what is the deadline? Also the consultation I don't understand what your referring to, I clicked that linked but was pages and pages of people discussing matters so my head is a bit saturated in information?

Look again at your Notice of Allocation. The Notice from the Court that gives the hearing date.
Is there not a paragraph something like:
Each party must deliver to every other party and to the court office copies of all documents on which he intends to rely at the hearing no later than [ . . . ] [14 days before the hearing].
    Might be on the back.
Those documents you intend to rely on are your Witness Statement and evidence.

All it says is that the claiment has to pay £25 by 27th of August or the claim with struck out. There's nothing about WS or other dates

You were only meant to read the first post of the Consultation thread, which links you to it and explains what it is.  Please go and do it tomorrow.

    Are you sure?
I've never seen a Notice of Allocation that brief.
Nothing about the date of the hearing? How strange.

Can you please show it to us?

The only paragraph the refers to two weeks prior to court date is aimed at the claimant not the defendant (me) It states about sending an electronic bundle but at no point is it referring to what I have to do apart from how to set up Microsoft teams

Please show us a copy of the order/notice (both sides) - redact any personal/identifiable details. The guys will then be able to interpret it properly. :)
