Seems we need to notify them when booking in or notify the usher?

What about witnesses that have provided a written statement?  How does that play out?

No, if it is a F2F hearing, just notify the usher when you turn up, if it is video/phone, notify them when you give your details for the hearing.  You will need to have separate phone numbers if it is video/phone.

Seems that BW Legal have sent my friend a list of costs for £700, 

Ask them for a breakdown and when//if you receive a reply complain like Friar Tick to the SRA

Did you declare any witnesses in your N180 (DQ)? In your post here 16 February at 11:05PM it was stated that a hearing had been notified for 22nd March.  That is today!

Oh my.... put me in a panic then...  Sorry no its this Friday.....  Cannot remember if I put 22nd to keep BW Legal off the scent
or whether I made a typo.  100% this Friday.  Sorry.

Re: N180,  just text them to check that we mentioned the witness.

On the N180 they put 2 witnesses. 1st witness is the defendant but it didnt appear to be anywhere to actually name the
2nd person though.

Letter from the passenger included with the WS though.

Is the passenger up for attending the hearing too?  Always helps if a witness turns up, otherwise their statement is hearsay.
