Please tell us you have told the person to do both required urgent tasks below?  It bothers me when threads make no mention of it and only talk about the case in hand, as some people are missing what is just as important!

I really hope they have done the Government Consultation by email and objected absolutely to ANY debt recovery fake 'costs' being added on top of a parking charge (of course) and told them what they think of increasing charges to £130 instead of £100...which is already extortionate.

Everyone has 6 days to do the consultation. 

Spread the word, is closes within days, next week!

Also, I hope the person has also registered for the Group Action, against the DVLA (open to anyone with a PCN since 2018?).  Gotta be in it to win it!  Nothing to lose, and it's genuine

Can be done on a phone.  So can the consultation, and both are urgent as I am sure you know as a regular. 

I know I am preaching to the converted with you, but does the victim know and have they done both?

I was engrossed in trying to catchup on the things they need to do quickly this has slipped me by.

On the ball now.

TPS have responded to the SRA and provided 3 PCN letters, the first of which was never received by the registered keeper.

TPS have provided a page from Unity 5 claiming to be a certificate of postage using hybrid mail 

(2 PCN envelopes received shows royal mail).

Nothing on the envelope shows a reference that matches the supposed certificate??

They have registered with the DVLA Group Action...

Contacted their local MP and the MP for the shopping centre.

They have not received email back from the court though?  Is that normal?

I was expecting something back stating the additional days to file a dispute?

I've had to read back through your thread to try an work out what you might've been expecting.

You will not receive a direct response to filing an Acknowledgment of Service.
However, the MCOL Claim History will be updated with two lines of the format...

Your acknowledgment of service was submitted on dd/mm/2021 at hh:mm
Your acknowledgment of service was received on dd/mm/2021 at hh:mm

Have you, or your client, thought about doing the Government Consultation mentioned earlier?

Apologies yes they did the online consultation. It was a lot longer than they expected.
That was done on Tuesday after the reminder from Coupon-mad.

I gave them help with putting things in the boxes rather than just ticking agree/disagree.

I was expecting them to have received an email from the courts, but now remember it giving the
dates on the final page. I will have to inform them tomorrow hopefully they are not worrying about
that now. oops.

At the moment there are no courts involved , just the CCBC in Northampton !!

The online MCOL claim history has the information you seek , plus KeithP helpfully posts deadline dates to assist the defendant on here

When the defence is emailed to the ccbcaq email address , an email auto receipt is sent back , plus a human adds it to the claim file which also updates the claim history. So it is very important to keep checking the claim history , even after the defence has been logged.  It's not complete until the N180 DQ is also logged. Then they will send it to your local nominated court for processing further

I seem to remember the deadline date being the 8th September?   6th August on the original paperwork.

At what point do you choose the local court?   Is that the N180?  Will that be next on the list after supply the
defence?

Why don't you look back through your thread and confirm your suspicions?

Your other questions, like most things about this process, can be confirmed by reading the second post of the NEWBIES thread. Has anyone mentioned Bargepole's 'what happens when' post linked from there? Oh yes, you mentioned it in your opening post.

Apologies, seems there was a reason for my confusion. Felt unwell and next thing I know paramedics are asking me if I am OK.

A really good reason not to leave things to the last minute, you never know what is going to happen.  Good news I was naughty and
managed to connect and grab snippets from various other threads and they emailed the defence with just 1 day to spare.

Warned them to keep checking after reading some have not received confirmation, but they received confirmation fairly quickly.
Logging in they said it still shows AOS, but a comment stating defence filed so hopefully thats all good.
