From reading the 'New Forum Look' thread, the circular red button is being used for tablets/phones, the top right of screen button is used on PCs and laptops ..... apparently.Le_Kirk said:

Top Right but it is not a Red circle with a white cross, it is a rounded ellipse with +Create New on the PC with Windows 10 and the red circle on my Smart phone.0

PNC photos of vehicles entering and leaving the car park at KFC Hyde show vehicles entering and leaving the KFC Complex....NOT THE CAR PARK.
This entrance clearly offers three alternatives.
1. Car Park.
2. Drive thru parking
3. Drive Thru.
It is up to them to prove the vehicle was on the Car Park and any defence does not have to prove otherwise.
I will therefore refuse to pay fine and contest any Court Proceedings.1 -
