From reading the 'New Forum Look' thread, the circular red button is being used for tablets/phones, the top right of screen button is used on PCs and laptops ..... apparently.Le_Kirk said:

I still see the red button with a white cross in it on every screen bottom right...Windows 10.

Top Right but it is not a Red circle with a white cross, it is a rounded ellipse with +Create New on the PC with Windows 10 and the red circle on my Smart phone.0
