DVLA MISUSE OF PERSONAL DATA UNDER GDPR - GROUP ACTION - NO WIN, NO FEE

Back in 2018 I got a fine from Islington Council claiming I had stopped on the hatch markings at a junction, they were even kind enough to supply a photo The problem was though the photo showed a large white van and the number plate they say was the culprit was my motorcycle, the ownership details they got from the DVLA. I complained to them and said that they had no right to the data and wanted it removed from their database and basically got told tough as they did a right to the information. I also complained to the DVLA and never even got a reply.
This claim will go nowhere and the only people that will benefit will be the lawyers as their bank balances swell. This is not about being just and lawful but about money as most of these things are.0 -

This is not about being just and lawful but about money as most of these things are.The lawyers are offering their services on a no win, no fee basis. Successful claims will be charged at 25%. To me it's a no brainer for an affected motorist who would have no chance suing the DVLA on their own. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Have visited https://kellerlenkner-databreach.co.uk/dvla/ and currently filling out the form as kindly advised by Coupon-mad.
I've got to the 'can we contact you further?' section..
Obviously I don't know this firm from Adam. They seem legit and I'm reassured to see they also seem to have physical office addresses. Plus the signposting/recommendations from regulars on this forum relieve anxieties to a large degree.
However, the 'can we contact you?' section requests not only email and phone number but also postal address. And the postal address fields have red asterisks, which I'm assuming means 'obligatory' (i.e. you can't only supply email/phone number).
Obvioulsy this whole issue is linked to the security of one's data, not knowing where it goes or what might be done with it.. What have others done and is necessary for them to obtain a full postal adtdress at this stage of signing up with them? Essentially I would like to say 'yes you can contact me', but without supplying my postal address.
Maybe others on this forum can empathise.. when you've had a ppc issue an illegitiamte PN, then abuse the court system to obtain a ccj and sell it all on to debt collectors who threaten to come round and physically remove your possessions etc... you get a bit paranoid and generally protective of unnecessarily sharing your postal address any which way..
Of course on the whole I'm very pleased this firm seem to have the intention of taking on the DVLA for their gross malpractice and potentially corrupt MO.. But equally I can't be sure with the best of intentions that the form is secure.. just seems a bit OTT to be requesting postal addresses in the first instance like this..

I can't give any guarantees about the company, but I'd guess they'd need a postal address to help authenticate each individual's details to the DVLA when they claim against them? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. Any law firm that acts for a client needs to have a postal address, this is standard practice.
Anyone who makes an enquiry on my website and doesn't want to give their address is told No Address = No Help.
I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.4 -

If they do win they will probably take 35% or similar but IF they do win, it's money you would never had otherwise2 -
Companies House filings for Keller Lenkner UK Ltd show they were only incorporated here in April 2019. London is obviously a branch of their US practice (albeit a separate Ltd Company), which itself is not large in terms of US law firms and is relatively young.
UK filings to date are limited and unaudited but seem genuine - certainly more so than many of the scumbag PPC's and the IPC and BPA!5 -

It is the American connection that is interesting as in the USA, IT'S BIG BUSINESS
Those who have tickets from the dates specified should do this, there is nothing to fear from the DVLA as Keller Lenkner will not expose you due to data protection
You do this for yourself and other millions of motorists who have suffered from a data breach5
