You can also have tripe and leek soup, baked tripe or just plain tripe.
And the crusty bread is nice dipped in the juice of tripe and onions

grandad always get his from butchers. he says its best place, but never seen it in a supermarket. :-/

yeah you used to see loads of tripe but I haven't seen any for a while.

It is sold in my town on our fish stalls in the market - they also sell game and rabbit.

just been talking to mum about it and she reckons that the better quality stuff is thicker and more fluffy so that's a good way to identify it
