Allotment/ UKCPM Parking Defence

Perhaps make the change I have suggested here so the claimant can't say you were parked in the wrong bay.
3. The defendant has a pre-existing right to park in either one of two spaces allocated to allotment holders.
I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks3 -
Thanks @Fruitcake - will do!1

I might also add this sentence at the end, what do you think?:
The claimant created a complex and unsuitable system for allotment holders to park, then failed in their administrative duties to implement this.

Yes , why not
Please note these typos that I saw when reading your thread
Defence has no S in it , change your keyboard to UK English
You use UK CPM , and also UK PCM , it's probably UK CPM , so be careful when using initials or acronyms4 -
Thanks all, I have a pdf of my defence ready to email to CCBCAQ@Justice.gov.uk
The Money Claim Online 'Status Summary' page gives me a Response Form to fill in, stating:'If you dispute the whole claim or wish to make a claim (a counterclaim) against the claimant, complete the defence form.'
Do I just ignore this? Or state there that I have emailed my defence and give the detail of the date/time of email?0 -
Ignore it completely , don't blow it now
It's email the DEFENCE to the ccbcaq email address only
Then check on Thursday or later that it's been logged , after checking your emails in your inbox folder and spam folder for the CCBC automatic email reply acknowledging receipt3 -
Ah one more question - In the Online form I am referred to as Miss, but I prefer Ms.
I am not sure where this title originated, I wouldn't use it myself.
Can I change my title in the heading of my Defence (the section below) or does that invalidate it?(full name of parking firm, not the solicitor!)
(Claimant)

Defendant’s name from N1 claim (can’t be changed to someone else now)
(Defendant)

It's only a tiny change that isn't a major factor so yes change it , providing the name itself remains , I assume that this is in your emailed defence draft ? Not on MCOL itself , because you don't do anything on MCOL apart from logging in and checking out your claim history3
