I agree with Jenni. Don't bother with a transcript as it will cost a lot of money and not really help you.
You will get the judgment in writing from the court, so if you like you could print off a load and stick them on other cars in the allotment car park with a covering note so others can quote the case number and the judge's findings.
You may be able to think of other places where you could stick your judgment to do the most goodness.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks4 -
I am trying to get a transcript of his verdict so I can then present it to UKCPM & Network Housing and argue that they should put all our car regs on the 'safe list' as per wording in their own contract. Let me know if there's anything that would be useful for this forum to see.Firstly - WELL DONE! ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST!
If you do get the transcript (and it would cost 3 figures for the full hearing but it would be less for the Approved Judgment - the rationale - only) then you could use it as evidence to the landowner and to help everyone else I suppose.
Also, we always want to see any transcripts here because they are so useful. So, if you decide to club together perhaps, with the other victims (contact the court's chosen transcription service and ask for a quote for the 'Approved Judgment' first) please can you show it here in due course?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
