The last one shows a Hearings email address - which sounds like it would be the logical address to which to send a WS + evidence by email.

Quick final proof b4 I send. On Page 2 of the WS: In the County Court at xxxxx -
I inserted 'Central London' which was at the top of the General Form of Judgement Order.
Is this correct, or should it be specifically the Mayor's and City of London Court ?0 -

Is this correct, or should it be specifically the Mayor's and City of London Court ?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

After another 70+ min wait, I got through and someone told me it was enquiries.centrallondon.countycourt@justice.gov.uk. However, in case they were confused, I also cc'd hearings@mayorsandcityoflondon.countycourt.gsi.gov.uk and enquiries.mayorsandcityoflondon.countycourt@justice.gov.uk
And enquiries@gladstonessolicitors.co.uk
Hopefully that's done the trick!2 -
Evening/ Morning. So it looks like they are going to go to go ahead with court hearing. I got the Claimant's Witness statement through the post today. I asked Gladstone's for a digital copy but they claimed they didn't have the facilities to do that. I pushed and eventually they agreed they would 'try' but the email they sent had no attachment.
i have started scanning their 134 page document, the first 23 pages of which which you can see here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/114bRke9qEXXXwtqxhUU1W-1aWZ5KKD00/view?usp=sharing
The rest is mainly the parking contract. I'll try and get the rest scanned tomorrow.
I've scrawled a few notes on it in pencil, would very much welcome your thoughts. The main error they make is that they think I am a resident of the housing block adjoining the carpark, which I am not.
In their cover email Gladstone's state that: The Claimant, without intending any discourtesy to the Court hereby gives you notice that it will not be attending the final hearing. This notice is given pursuant to CPR 27.9.The Claimant has requested that the Court excuses its attendance and that the claim be decided in its absence. The Claimant has filed and served documents pursuant to the Notice of Allocation to the Small Claims Track (Hearing) and the Court has been notified of the Claimant’s non-attendance and that the Court has been asked to deal with the Claim in the Claimant’s absence. We confirm the Court has been informed and served with the Claimant’s Witness Statement in accordance with 27.9(a) and (b).
We confirm the statement has been filed at the Court.
