Some have had their court claims cancelled at the same point as you !! There are good reasons why we reply with this information , because it works , or rattles cages

Out of interest what is the crack with a PPC farming out the Invoice (I refuse to use the terms Debt or Fine) to multiple Debt Crawlers at the same time!?!  My PCN was sent off to ZZPS and DCBL In the same week and got multiple letters from both that month (with differing "admin fees").  I ignored both, but is this common. If someone like a couple paid both I guess the PPC firm would refund the PCN but both would their "admin/ recovery fees"?!?  Another scam angle...🤔

Of course they are not and if they do not provide info to a SAR you inform the ICO

They got your info from the DVLA and all you need to do is confirm this. You have done this with your V5 and you could include a redacted copy of your utlity bill. THAT'S IT

We know they ask for photo ID such as your drivers licence etc ...... STUPID PEOPLE

If they do not comply with the law within 30 days, you complain to the ICO ... SIMPLES

In the past Group Nexus have said that they are allowed to ask for such information and approved by the ICO .... trouble is they cannot prove this.

It was Moto Coupon-mad. I just did a live chat asking for the name of the CEO and the email address and she said we don't have that information but I can write to their head office. She wants to know if it's for complaints or feedback so I said neither, I just need the information. Now she's given me the name Ken Mcmeikan when I asked why she doesn't know who her CEO is. He's the CEO of Moto hospitality.......

It is 100% a complaint. 

I can't give you the other name but you'll find it in the hundreds of MOTO threads.  Two Managers are cancelling these.

Sounds correct to me , find his name in several other threads where he has intervened

No win no fee , so why use 1 when you can use 10. ? Nothing ventured , nothing gained !!  😋😋😋😋

Yes totally! It proves the fact it's a Bounty Hunting industry!  I guess it pays for the PPCs to spread their bets - each one has its own USP- DCBL like to use the reputation of Can't Pay Take It Away, DRP do the aggressive letters, ZZPS like "NLP" (manipulation) so I guess each ot them has their own USP and methods so what might intimidate one person might not work with another or they might pay the one with the lowest double recovery fees. A bit like throwing a handful of offal to a pack of wild hungry dogs!!!
