Hi all, im also on gamstop and fell of the wagon in July. I have £950 in two withdrawals from playatharrys that should be in my bank and they aren't. Can I raise a fraud case with my bank or with visa? The £950 doesn't cover the £2500 I deposited and I never knew what was happening until I saw all these different companies on my bank statement and the foreign exchange charges. I should have knew what was happening. Any advice would be very grateful.

Also in what circumstances do you need to get your money back from the bank, as your post is very vague. Has your account been frozen/closed and they have retained the funds? Or are you trying to claim back fees they have charged you that shouldn’t have been charged? Or something else?
