That's great to hear, just don't want to build up peoples hope that they'll be refunded.Chloe44 said:
My intention is not to get refunds, it's to bring the information we collectively have to inform these companies that they are being used as part of a huge problem. If that stops some of them associating with these casinos then that Would be a perfect outcome for me personally.Envotech said:Hate to sound negative and dash peoples hopes but actually what have the card processing companies done wrong for them to refund us. We signed up to the casino, all they've done is carry out our requests to transfer funds from our bank accounts to the casino. They've done that, we've then gambled on the casino sites and enjoyed it, if we've lost we've then deposited more funds through them. They haven't tricked us into depositing or promoted the casino, they've just done what we've asked. Now whether they should be associating themselves with the casinos as a client is an ethical issue. But at the end of the day we've chosen to deposit into the casino, they didn't force us to and they didn't scam us and keep our money. So have they done anything wrong or just what we asked them to do. It's the casino not paying out that's the problem.0 -
Ty... one more question do you know who made them give refunds as I've had three refunds from rumito . Cz totalling around 160 pounds I dont understand how I've got these refunds did rumito. cz Get the money back for meChloe44 said:
Rumito.cz was one of the many payment providers used by prism marketing who run and have run many casinos that do not follow any UK law or licensing for players shop reside within the UK jurisdiction. As you can see from the ever growing list, they use many operators to avoid detection and financial trail.Bibblybobbly said:
Anyone actually know who rumito cz.. are and if they have sister sites thats if they are a casino... thanksChloe44 said:
What name(s) appeared on your statement for the transactions?Jackdawfirst said:I mentioned previously that I did go to Mastercard and this was ongoing for two years but they couldn't care less...
I've made contact with the above and can confirm krasplat.ru cannot be contacted as the operation has been shut down as has rumito.cz (not my doing)0 -
I've had three refunds from out of the blue and I think theres quite a lot of people that have had the same on same day some big refunds in the thousands and some smaller I had 160 odd pounds back in three different refunds I think people on here are trying to find out where its come from or who are rumito. Cz and what casino has payed us back I for one would like to know which casino then I can stay away from them and they're sister sites hopefully someone will find out and post it on here or if anyone knows a list of casinos to stay away would be greatEnvotech said:Hate to sound negative and dash peoples hopes but actually what have the card processing companies done wrong for them to refund us. If you look back through the posts you'll find the card payment processing company you made deposits with was Central Finance, Rumito have for some reason refunded these - no one knows why but the refunds are all related to deposits made through Central FinanceBibblybobbly said:

Gambling is worse than a drug people have lost thryre family and houses.. I was watching a documentary about I think he was the donut king in America he lost millions I mean millions and his big expensive cars and big massive house mansion in america he had nothing when he came to america from somewhere like Vietnam as it happens he got it all back by opening more donut shops like McDonalds but donuts lol point being no matter how much money anyone has gambling is as bad or worse than heroine or crack cocaine a lot of gamblers keep it to themselves untill it's too late and lost everything once its gripped you it's not nice at all but many win just the odd one out of millions of peopletopreviewer said:I bid you all farewell.
Don't use these sites, you registered on gamstop for a reason!? If you need further help , there are alot of charities out there willing to offer you support, even NHS referrals are available from your local GP.
It looks to me gambling has overtook the nation in a way I never can never understand, you all must work really hard so I can't understand why you would then give that away in the hundreds/thousands to sites who don't even display an address or any contact info other than a fake chat agent sunning it up in Cyprus with apparant 5 Star Support!?
I want no further part in this discussion.
I'm off to live my life knowing the hard work I put in, that for me is enough 🙃😎✌️

This is my outlook, I've signed up to them also knowing the risks and was in a position to stop altogether. My position is possibly a bit different to others as I've continued to play at one but have had no issues bar a week or so wait for withdrawals over the last year that's covered in the T&C's and although I've received a refund of around £1200 last week I'm in a position now where I'm about to make 2 withdrawals of 5k Euros each 30 days apart again as per the rules around max withdrawals and hope this hasn't altered them paying outEnvotech said:Hate to sound negative and dash peoples hopes but actually what have the card processing companies done wrong for them to refund us. I wish I knew how to do this too.... Literally had a text message about an hour ago with a link to a new non GAMSTOP casino. I reported in to gamban to get it blocked on my devices.ccanne78 said:Can I just ask has anyone found a way to stop their text messages? My recommendation for anyone is to get gamban and then you can't access these sites Web addresses even if you wanted too.
