We signed up to the casino, all they've done is carry out our requests to transfer funds from our bank accounts to the casino. They've done that, we've then gambled on the casino sites and enjoyed it, if we've lost we've then deposited more funds through them. They haven't tricked us into depositing or promoted the casino, they've just done what we've asked. Now whether they should be associating themselves with the casinos as a client is an ethical issue. But at the end of the day we've chosen to deposit into the casino, they didn't force us to and they didn't scam us and keep our money. So have they done anything wrong or just what we asked them to do. It's the casino not paying out that's the problem.0

I've made contact with the above and can confirm krasplat.ru cannot be contacted as the operation has been shut down as has rumito.cz (not my doing)0 -

Don't use these sites, you registered on gamstop for a reason!? If you need further help , there are alot of charities out there willing to offer you support, even NHS referrals are available from your local GP.
It looks to me gambling has overtook the nation in a way I never can never understand, you all must work really hard so I can't understand why you would then give that away in the hundreds/thousands to sites who don't even display an address or any contact info other than a fake chat agent sunning it up in Cyprus with apparant 5 Star Support!?
I want no further part in this discussion.
I'm off to live my life knowing the hard work I put in, that for me is enough 🙃😎✌️
