On Wed 4th August money was suddenly deposited in peoples bank accounts from Rumito.CZ. These amounts matched up to deposits made to casinos in the last week of December 2020 via card processing company Central Finance. We all assume these are refunds but no one knows why. No refunds have been received from any other card payment processor. It's a mystery and the thread relates to people's theories and investigations into the refunds. No one is any wiser but obviously we're all happy to receive the money!2

I deposited 3 times that day in December and after checking my statements it was through Central finance. I've only been refunded for one of those transactions..... So why is that? Where are the other 2 refunds? Also I did complain to barclays bank not long after I lost my money that day in december through a gambling site which used central finance as I turned gambling off on my transactions so shouldn't of been able to deposit.barclays told me that the company was in fact an institute of some sort.anyway after a lengthy chat with barclays I was able to get all my money back a day or so later so I reckon I may have something to do with all the refunds your all getting1

Haven't a clue why you only got one deposit refunded. I made 9 deposits on the 31st December via Central Finance and had those refunded and the 9 currency conversion fees associated with those transactions. Everyone else seems to have had all their transactions refunded for the same period. To be honest no one knows anything except they've been refunded 7 months later. I assume Barclays refunded you as it was their fault the payment was allowed to go through when your banking settings were set to stop transactions to gambling sites. I lost a lot of money gambling on the 31st December (as unfortunately on other days) I accepted that as being part of gambling and wrote the money off. I stopped online gambling in the new year so to get this unexpected windfall is amazing! And I won't be gambling it back!I deposited 3 times that day in December and after checking my statements it was through Central finance. I've only been refunded for one of those transactions..... If you look back through the posts you'll find the card payment processing company you made deposits with was Central Finance, Rumito have for some reason refunded these - no one knows why but the refunds are all related to deposits made through Central FinanceBibblybobbly said:
I've had three refunds from out of the blue and I think theres quite a lot of people that have had the same on same day some big refunds in the thousands and some smaller I had 160 odd pounds back in three different refunds I think people on here are trying to find out where its come from or who are rumito. Cz and what casino has payed us back I for one would like to know which casino then I can stay away from them and they're sister sites hopefully someone will find out and post it on here or if anyone knows a list of casinos to stay away would be greatEnvotech said:Hate to sound negative and dash peoples hopes but actually what have the card processing companies done wrong for them to refund us. We signed up to the casino, all they've done is carry out our requests to transfer funds from our bank accounts to the casino. They've done that, we've then gambled on the casino sites and enjoyed it, if we've lost we've then deposited more funds through them. They haven't tricked us into depositing or promoted the casino, they've just done what we've asked. Now whether they should be associating themselves with the casinos as a client is an ethical issue. But at the end of the day we've chosen to deposit into the casino, they didn't force us to and they didn't scam us and keep our money. So have they done anything wrong or just what we asked them to do. It's the casino not paying out that's the problem.0 -
Someone posted a link for a processing company called flutterwave to dispute transactions. I went to the link and entered one transaction from a specific date. I discovered this payment was to Green feather ltd who have a number of casinos. They seem to be above board. Flutterwave is a Nigerian payment processor. Anyone know why a company registered in Malta would use these as a processor

I'd imagine they use them as there isn't much financial regulation in Nigeria.tharmon22 said:Someone posted a link for a processing company called flutterwave to dispute transactions. Surely if you have a company that is legitimate you would not want to be associated with a processor that has many claims for fraud 😳Envotech said:

Well said and well done I had 3 back which I diddnt understand where it came from rumito. Cz I had put a complaint in few monthes ago with a site that tries to get you're money back if you think you been ripped off but that was with mr.play and hopa casino both owned by same people they owe me over £400 off live roulette dont think I'm getting it back I would advice people to stay away from them when a ball lands on you're number my best numbers came out in 5 or 6spins and a message came up you win 181 and you win 54 pounds and so on then another message saying technical error and another message return to lobby which I done and went back no winnings that happened about 5 or 6 times between both sites first site after 2 weeks of a third party looking into it said no irregularities I left and signed up to hopa not knowing thry was a sister site same thing happened they wouldnt even look into it and this time I took pictures of what happened and pictures of my gambling history the result and clearly saying I won with those messages straight after technical error and return to lobby I sent them but not even looked into it they dont help and dont want to help horrible customer service at least I've had 160 odd pounds three different deposits into my bank from rumito all from the same week as everyone else end of December so at last a little bit of good news thanksEnvotech said:HMickeyns said:
