    Don't use these sites, you registered on gamstop for a reason!? If you need further help , there are alot of charities out there willing to offer you support, even NHS referrals are available from your local GP.

    It looks to me gambling has overtook the nation in a way I never can never understand, you all must work really hard so I can't understand why you would then give that away in the hundreds/thousands to sites who don't even display an address or any contact info other than a fake chat agent sunning it up in Cyprus with apparant 5 Star Support!?

    I want no further part in this discussion.

    I'm off to live my life knowing the hard work I put in, that for me is enough 🙃😎✌️

    Before you go you haven't given an explanation about the refunds only being over a week in December by the one processor, I assume you can't and hence leaving.

    Why keep challenging? If you don't think anything more can be done then let it be and allow topreviewer to help us as they have a lot more to go on than we do. I for one am grateful for anything that can be done to help.
    Even if it doesn't get anymore of our funds back (which I do no expect) it would have been nice to know that these fraudsters are under pressure so may think twice about doing it in the future.

    I think now you have ruined it for everyone.

  • Whilst I’m not disputing that Topreviewer may have had anything to do with our refunds, I categorically know that the refund I received was from a Gale Martin deposit. I had used fortune clock but closed my account with them back in August 20. It’s clear these websites are all in it together and the dark world of online gambling for people on Gamstop goes far deeper than any of us will ever know. Unfortunately for me, of all the thousands I deposited and lost, only one transaction went through Central Finance but when you never expect a refund for a single pound, I think we should all count our lucky stars that even so much as £1 was given back to us and take it as a hard earned lesson. 
    Never the less, I am pursuing both Fortune Clock and Gale Martin as both have blatantly broken the law by allowing UK players to even register. I will update if/when I hear anything from them.

    Look at the facts and there's only one undisputable fact - the refunds were made by one processor for payments made over one week in December (by the way this was discovered by me but I don't want any thanks for it NOT TopReviewer). Whatever he's done or hasn't done has NOTHING to do with these refunds. Ask yourself why people who deposited before or after that week using different payment processors haven't received refunds. Surly it's obviously to everyone it was the payment processing company Central Finance who made the decision to refund. Please look at the facts not blindly believe what you've being told by TopReveiwer

    Why are you so bothered about it? You got money back that you previously lost. Who cares if this dude is trying to gain some clout, let them crack on and you be happy that some of your money is returned.

    On the flip side if they did have something to do with it you've now forced them out. Who knows what we could have made back, guess we won't find out. Cheers 👌
  • 100% agree with LTOWN_12. We all got varying amounts of refunds and should thankful for this. It was a nice surprise on Thursday morning for me (especially as I got £2k back)

    No one can say with 100% certainty why we got the refunds but who cares. Someone has done something for us to get refunds.

    Topreviewer thanks for what you have done thus far and wish you best for the future

    And lesson to us all to not use these sites/bet anymore (I stopped 7 months ago)

    if I get any more refunds in future I'll continue to be grateful. Better than nothing/no refunds which was the case few days ago haha

    You are so naive, if let's say all these Casino's are acting illegally and get closed you won't receive a penny in refunds. They are cleaver and leave no financial audit trail to prove you ever deposited anything with them. All your bank transactions will show is you made payments to companies like Central Finace/smellyourskin etc not Fortune Clock. If you can't prove you paid them then you can't chase them for a refund. For example you buy something off me but instead of paying Envotech I get you to pay Bob Smith, I don't send you the goods but keep your money through my dodgy Bob Smith account. You complain to me but I ignore you so you go to your bank who see the payment wasn't to Envotech so can't chase me as the payment has no link to me. You're out of pocket and I keep your money. This is the same you need a financial audit trail and none of us can prove that any of our deposits through the banking system were to the casino.

    Wow 8 monthes  keep it up my friend that's great  you will definitely  feel better in yourself   I'm sure of that and you're pocket will be a bit heavier lol...  I hope you win against these scamming basta..s  I've had issues with  hopa casino and mr.play  they are sister sites owned by same people    which at the time diddnt realize  untill it was too late  first site mr.play  I was playing for a few weeks   and had no problems  playing live casino  but one day I was winning around 400 pound  on blaze roulette live  and I was doing between  20 and 40 pound spins  my main numbers were  number 8 and 11  and number 2 and 25  they had my biggest amounts on  number 25 came in it said  you win on my screen  54 pounds  then a message  saying technical error  then another message go back to lobby  I did and came back to the game   I wasbt payed  looked at my game history  it said I had 1.50 on 25 and the winning number was 25  but still no money  I made a complaint  and they did say they was having problems  come back later  well I went back on the same live game  it happened again  number 2  had 2.25 on that number  same thing happened   on a different  live roulette  table  number 8 that was my biggest one aswell   had 4.75 on it   I made a complaint and was pretty confident  I would win  even said on my game history the numbers came out the numbers I bet on each spin every number I had done every spin even the losing numbers     and 2 weeks later   they came back with no irregularities   that was on MR.PLAY  same thing happened  on hopa  they owe me around 40p pounds  this time I took photos of the 2nd time of the number and money I had on  and my game history  but hopa diddnt even look into it  so if anyone  reads my comments dont sign up with them  they wont help you  no irregularities  !!!!!!  this was from a third party who looked into it   still !!!!!! off with them
