Please can someone advise me of how Fortune clock have broken the law? I’m going to fight these until the death if they have as they have had thousands out of me! Gale Martin are not supposed to trade in the UK and yet even after receiving my driving licence, still allowed me to deposit. I’ve started a case with them directly but can’t see anything about Fortune Clock on their T&C’s.Any help appreciated.0

I respect your comments , I am just a normal guy your right, but I have everything and I mean everything on me to prove that it was myself who instigated the whole process, I didn't come here looking for anything, I was invited here after being requested too by another fellow trustpilot reviewer, I have been offered several times money as a gesture , all of which declined. I have all chat logs, all emails to and from, the legal and abuse team for the service provider/domain, all correspondence to and from the UKGC, all correspondence to and from HMRC, all correspondence to the company who rents them the address where the agents work from, all correspondence to the company who holds and services the companies PO box but most importantly, the email direct to the director of the said website which coincidentally people started receiving refunds on that date!? You hold your own opinion which I fully respect but I believe in full that it was myself who got this ball rolling and I am continuing due to requests (again have been offered money but declined, I am skint may I add with not a penny to my name) to pursue the other casinos because I can and know how to target them. I don't think you had any influence on these repayments. Clearly it was the payment processing company Central Finance that made the decision to refund not the casino. Anyone logically looking at the facts can see Central Finance was used by the casino to process card payments for a week or so in December 2020. These are the only refunds made - why if it was the casino as you claim, did they only choose to refund these payments made for that week and no other payments made last year or this year by any other processor. The answer is of course they didn't, it was the payment processors decision as myself and others have eluded to.2
