Guys has anyone been to there bank? I’m debating wether to do it or not and I’m scared incase I get into any trouble but I really was naive and up until 2 days ago didn’t even know they aren’t allowed to do that until top reviewer explained
I’ve read afew things online about people going to their bank and getting a charge back, because at the end of the day it is fraudulent they don’t have a licence to take money from uk players and that is exactly what they have done
i haven’t deposited anything this year so unsure how far back these chargebacks can go
has anyone had any experience of going to their bank?0 -

Who has told you they can't take money off uk players? As I said we all chose of our own free will to deposit on an unlicensed gambling site and took on the risks. We also didn't check reviews of the site or if we did we ignored them as we just wanted to gamble - I know that's what I did and like everyone else was caught up in a scam.0

Quick update
By the looks of things they are starting to block all UK accounts, is that correct?
The statement from UKGC
"It is ILLEGAL to transact with"
They have broken so many laws by accepting just even your registration never mind accepting your hard earned money.
What I will now do is follow up a further investigation, but I must stress, this does take time, alot of time, in between family life and sorting employment it can take a few hours a day spread out over several days of research just to even get where I need to be , which is the directors/secretary's desk.
What's gone from one casino from a handful of players has exploded into a dozen casinos with many many many players in the same boat.
I will do everything I can using the same methods I used to pressure fortuneclock.com.
One thing I can't guarantee is money back but I will try for all of you in every way I can.
I would keep reporting using the ukgc form , surely if they weren't legally allowed to transact with you then what are the banks doing about this!? You were drawn in by these companies illegally, is that not enough to warrant a reverse transaction regardless of the amount of time passed? I'm not a banking expert but to me that makes sense?
I hope you all have a great weekend, if I have any new information I will update accordingly.

Envotech said:To be honest I don't think anyone on this message board has influenced the refunds from Central finance. I was the one who 1st made the connection to them. All the transactions date back to last December and all come from the one payment processor and I firmly believe these refunds are down to them and have nothing whatsoever to do with the Casino's themselves. We all chose to gamble on an unlicensed website and knew the risks involved with dealing with offshore sites and the lack of protection. If Fortune Clock or any other casino made refunds they would be admitting their sites and the way they operated was fraudulent - they will never do that. I'm convinced these refunds were made from the one processor either because they realised their client was running an unethical business and they didn't want their name associated with it or pressure was applied to their business from authorities. I may be wrong but if none of the other processing sites make refunds it's clear this was a one off and nothing to do with the Casino's1

Red lion, play at harrys all casino not on gamstop (foreign casinos you guys are using) etc are outside they UKGC jurisdiction. They are under a different gambling commission. There is nothing UKGC can do about it. If it was a company like Betfair or Paddy Power then yes UKGC can intervene, but why would these foreign casinos give a !!!!!! what UKGC say?
Dont waste your time guys.0 -
