#pw+99 46 62 21 52 16 72 5+7#
GUIDE TO ENTERING CODES
Insert the WRONG sim card.
When it says phone restricted,
press "undo."
It will ask for a restriction code
and enter the code in to the box on screen
input this code
in the code, you will also notice the p, w and + symbols...
to get the p symbol, press the * key 3 times within 1 second
to get the w symbol, press the * key 4 times within 1second
to get the + symbol, press the * key 2 times within 1 second
If the code is sucessful, you should see
"sim restriction off"
on the screen... if you see "code error",
this means that you have the wrong code for your phone..0 -

I have just bought a Nokia 3510i from a friend who orignally bought it from her Dad about 12/18 months ago. She was on Orange network, I want to use it on O2. I've tried the secuity code 12345 & also 00000 but still can't get it to work. Neither her or her Dad ever remember changing it. She doesn't have the instruction booklet but my husband as the same phone so I've got his booklet in front of me.
I think the IMEI is 351462801325785

Uh-Oh...I've used both unlockme.co.uk (code 7,1 and 5) and tryctkill.com (code 7) and all have failed  . So I suppose I've only got 1 chance left before it becomes unlockable only by a man with a cable in a shop (costing money  ).
Its a Nokia 6230
serial no (IMEI): 352953000347850
Network Provider is Vodafone
Ps. I've had the phone 18 months or so, its one of the first Nokia 6230 that came out and its got the buggie firmware v03.14 if that means anything to you.
Pps. I just went on google to see if there was a way to check if it was indeed locked as I haven't got another sim to check, one site suggested
# pw+ 1234567890 +1 # Provider LOCK status
# pw+ 1234567890 +2 # network LOCK status
# pw+ 1234567890 +3 # Country LOCK status
# pw+ 1234567890 +4 # Sim Card LOCK status
(My advice is do not try these)
I tried the first one with the sim in and got the message 'Code Error' _pale_ . Needless to say I'm an idiot. Does that count as a 5th attempt.
Thanks for any help.0 -
