these are cable unlocks unless you have one of the really early ones, in which case there is a code in the other thread that may work.

It is on Orange and we would like to put a O2 sim card in it so she can use the 300 free texts. Can we change it??

these are cable unlock only, I suspect you may find not many shops do it either !
