  • Had a rant to best friends last night. Plus the support on here. I am going to bloody well get things done this week. My Life will be BETTER. I DESERVE BETTER.

Have made a start with the washing. XX

  • I used to love George bras but then as I lost weight I couldn't find a size that fitted right.  Swapped to the non wired stretchy ones instead and they are a game changer.  I was a DD cup so plenty of frontage, always assumed the stretchy ones wouldn't give me enough lift but they do.  The TU ones are the most comfortable ones I've found.

I read an entire book yesterday! I don't do sitting still normally but as I'm not allowed to do anything (and to be honest, feel like I've been run over by several buses) I'm making the most of it.
You keep taking it easy!!! XXXXX (what book?)

  • My Bras are at the stage I’m taking them off before my friend arrives! 😂 think he prob thinks I’m some kind of naturalist!

I’ll have a look at the George ones. I’m a weird size though so find it hard to get ones that fit.

I’m another who brought a bra this week to try - a Tesco one. It’s ok and cheaper than my favourite M&S one that has been discontinued for some reason - I’ve had the same style for years….but sadly no more. I’m testing different shops to see which I prefer. I’ll try Geaoge next time after the recommendations.
Hope your friend is a little better 👍

You should see my everyday ones.  £2.50 off the market in Wales & with the padding cut out.  I now need more as the wires have started coming out as they do however much you pay for them.  Why can't they fix that?

  • I hate bra shopping.  I used to have great boobs, I mean great.  But they are now practically down to my knees.  If we have any money left over once we've bought a house I'm getting a reduction and an uplift.  I had been going to do this as didn't think we needed all the cash we had for house but sadly, it's looking that way.  And I really really want a reduction

That was what the M and S one did. OUCH!

I did try and be MSE about it and use it with one wire but the effects were less that flattering shall we say.

Hence the optimistic shopping at George. One day I will get a fitting some where expensive!

  • In other news I have found set of shelves for my room (admittedly they are shed shelves but moving on) and a bathroom storage thing on wheels....... All of it will cost 53 pounds. That would give me more space and ability to organise things.

It does mean new bun will moving outside. House bun is going to the vets tomorrow for a prognosis.... Much like CCL I dread these visits.

And the neighbour had a go today. He is properly nuts. Tried to offer me help with garden.....I turned him down, he called me disgusting, Swore at me and was aggressive. I was a bit shook up, was on my way out for a walk with my friend. I didn't swear back but did give him some good comebacks. It was really unpleasant and reminded me how much having him next door is a real pain in the butt.

I think covid has keep him quiet. Winter will hopefully do the same.
