Ah yes, I know exactly what you mean.

Act with your own integrity and morals and you will always have a sense of peace with your own actions.

I am just going to write something here to remind myself.

When nothing you do is good enough and when you give and give and when kindness is seen as weakness and failure you must understand that somehow people don't think how you do and don't accept reality and it is NOT a reflection on you but on them.

And you carry on doing what is right. As that is what you believe in. and ultimately gives you peace.

I’ve broken up too! It was very much needed.

What are your holiday plans? Are you seeing your special friend?

I think sadly I am going to break things off him. He is great in many ways but he is far away, has very set ideas on women and I really feel like I am hiding myself from him? He has become more of a stress than a relief? Shame as he is good company. When we met I wasn't looking after mum and he was an easy escape but since Covid all that has changed.

I am awake, for some reason sleeping seems to have made my back worse but the washing is on and it should be quite an easy day.

Ah ok. If you’re hiding your true self then no point continuing if you don’t think or feel it’s right.

Just a vague suggestion but could the weight of the covers on your feet be affecting your back?

I think it was the way I slept. As I went to sleep last night it barely hurt. Now today am back to struggling to get up. Am ok once I get going!

Bacon sandwich was nice. Now for Tea.
