just got a copy of ny credit report from Experian - according to that they haven’t searched?1 -
@Coupon-mad
According to experian they are
“Crucially, soft searches aren’t visible to companies – so they have no impact on your credit score or any future credit applications you might make. Only you can see them on your report and it doesn’t matter how many there are”
I have written back to Experian and queried the fact - what would my course of action be if DCBL have lied? Report to the ICO?
thanks1 -

@Castle
I only downloaded the report yesterday - I hadn’t thought a SAR for Experian although I don’t believe they are the issue? They would have nothing to hide? I already had my doubts as to where DCBL had said they got my info from. Everything else on the report is fine so why would the mask a search by DCBL?

If this does get to court can I request that Del Grosso attends?0

You can make a Part 33 request for witnesses to appear, but unless ordered to by a judge, don't expect him to be there.
PART 33 - MISCELLANEOUS RULES ABOUT EVIDENCE - Civil Procedure Rules (justice.gov.uk)

I now have proof in writing the DCBL did NOT get my current address from Experian.
What should I do?
Complain to ICO?
Can I include this in any defence if I end up with court claim?
Many Thanks0
