If it was unreasonable, you should be asking the court for your costs.

Which I don’t intend doing as it’s not reasonable. Still this win creates hope.
well done - it’s a shame we cannot prosecute him for the hassle of his scam
Why on his request? Unless you are being pursued as a business, you get to choose the location of the hearing.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks4 -
is it possible for members of the public to attend the county court hearings. I am waiting (possibly) for a summons involving PDG (viia DCBL) and would like to see what happens - there are a number of others on this forum who live in the Hull area who may wish to attend too.1

It isn't a summons. What you can normally do the day before is if you get access to court serve and find a parking case, then whizz an email of the relevant course and tell them (video hearings are better) that you want to watch and you will be given joining instructions, you may have to ring the court after you have emailed them as the listings for next day hearings start to come on from 2pm. So for example in the picture below you can listen in/watch the hearing

Great news. Maybe DCBL will wake up one day to discover that PDG is a lost cause which in turn makes them look very silly ?
I doubt the BPA will care less about this runaway as long as he pays his subs ?
Any professional association would have thrown out PDG a long time ago2 -

I believe they withdrew themselves, but still bought keeper data from the DVLA for some time after, despite no longer being a member of an ATA.
Egg on DVLA's face.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks3 -
He used TNC to access DVLA data, they are BPA members
So Autosec do not have a written contract?
Buck stops with TNC now as far as the DVLA and BPA go3 -
Thanks guys ....... this is just another instance where the BPA have fallen in the gutter
When will the BPA take responsibility for their scam members.
There are so many reasons why government should terminate them as an ATA, least of all their love affair with the DVLA
