I really hope you have done the Government Consultation and objected absolutely to ANY debt recovery fake 'costs' being added on top of a parking charge (of course) and told them what you think of them increasing charges to £130 instead of £100...which is already extortionate.

You have 5 days to do the consultation.  Please, please, do and do it by email so you attach evidence.  Spread the word, is closes within days, next week!

Also, I hope you've also registered for the Group Action, against the DVLA (open to anyone with a PCN since 2018?).  Gotta be in it to win it!  Nothing to lose, and it's genuine

Re: group action, my PCN was 08/2018.  Filled out form... They won’t accept as PCN must be in the last 2yrs!

Today I received email saying accepted in the class action group and encl documents to sign...strange.  Now I’m in a quandary’s a PCN was 08/2018

Email the sols with any queries you have. All we've done here is to signpost their intentions and website. There has been no contact with them from the forum, so if you do receive subsequent information from them that you can share here, it will help build a bigger and better picture for people to make judgements on.

In theory anyone since June 2018 should be able to join it because the GDPR change happened in the last week in May.

I just spoke to the Sols.  She recommended I sign the Documents to join the Group Action. They weren’t aware of this forum but they are now.  No doubt it will be monitored for info now.

I did get that info, but I am a leaseholder and shareholder in the land so they had no grounds to withhold it
I did make representations to have him removed which is how I found out there was no need as he had already sold up 

What made you think he’d sold up?  According to Companies house, he is still there and active. 

I was told on very good authority who he had sold to 
I didn't say he had wound up his business just that he had sold on all or parts of his parking interests
The new company should have changed or amended signage by now if they have any sense 

The M. Co said they no longer deal with him. Then MC amended the sign a day or two after receiving my letter!

Yes I gave them clear info by phone, they weren’t aware of this forum but were quite interested.  I signed documents today.

There's a massive knowledge resource here on the forum for them. I bet they won't know about much of this stuff, and doing some research here might give them even more ideas on pursuing the DVLA .... and might even consider turning their attention to PPCs as well. The dam could soon start breaching!
