It would only be relevant if the agent was GJ and only a verbal contract was in place but of course I can provide you with information, be only too pleased to helpHad a message from a lady who posted on marketplace about Autosec/PDelG and she had received a lot of messages from people who also had letters from DCBL wanting help. She had hers removed by PDG after the police got involved asking her to take it down. PDelG had contacted police and said was afraid for his personal safety so they paid her a visit! Long story but I could tell you offline.Q: if I wrote to Management co again are they obliged to let me have details of contract/consent between him and them? I’m assuming SAR only applies to my info and not third parties.

I didn't say he had wound up his business just that he had sold on all or parts of his parking interests
The new company should have changed or amended signage by now if they have any sense1 -

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
