Would you be willing to let me have a copy of the admission of no written agreement email?  I need to prepare my defence.  In turn I can discuss or hand over various evidence I have collected.

I assume you were parked in a residential building in Hull?
It would only be relevant if the agent was GJ and only a verbal contract was in place but of course I can provide you with information, be only too pleased to help
Yes.  It was BSCentral private car park.  The Management co was The Ma****gs M*********t co. Person who replied was LH.  PCN from 2018.
Had a message from a lady who posted on marketplace about Autosec/PDelG and she had received a lot of messages from people who also had letters from DCBL wanting help.
She had hers removed by PDG after the police got involved asking her to take it down.  PDelG had contacted police and said was afraid for his personal safety so they paid her a visit!  Long story but I could tell you offline.

Q: if I wrote to Management co again are they obliged to let me have details of contract/consent between him and them?  I’m assuming SAR only applies to my info and not third parties.
I was not a resident but had the residents pass and key fob for years.  He didn’t have a car but bought the bay with the flat.

No they won't give you that and don't have to.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I did get that info, but I am a leaseholder and shareholder in the land so they had no grounds to withhold it
I did make representations to have him removed which is how I found out there was no need as he had already sold up

What made you think he’d sold up?  According to Companies house, he is still there and active.

I was told on very good authority who he had sold to
I didn't say he had wound up his business just that he had sold on all or parts of his parking interests
The new company should have changed or amended signage by now if they have any sense

It's not the allegedly 'shell' company Regent Parking, is it?

I'm sure I read it's one or other of Baysentry Solutions Ltd or maybe Bay Sentry Ltd - essentially linked:

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I’m awaiting a response from Diana Johnson.
The MC were very unhelpful.  Hit a nerve though as they had sign amended next day.

In my defence statement would you recommend PCN issued to my knowledge without written agreement from Land Owner.  BPA states it is required.
Had reply from them (BPA) stating they can still chase old debts but are no longer a member of BPA.
