It would only be relevant if the agent was GJ and only a verbal contract was in place but of course I can provide you with information, be only too pleased to help

Just had a message from DCBLegal who have put the process on hold whilst they get more information from Autosec/Delgrosso
If they are asking to see a copy of his contract from when the tickets were issued they will be waiting a long time because it doesn't exist

Unless he produces something backdated, wouldn’t put it past him.

 I did my SAR and notified DCBLegal both by post.  Not had a reply yet.  If still nothing by the 29th day I’ll email them a copy asking to clarify Autosec’s written contract and relevant MC procedures.   Rodent3768 said Autosec replied saying refer to website!  It’s not a website. Just a payment page. No copies of appeals or supporting documents.  

I had a reply from BPA he’s no longer a member.

A bit pedantic perhaps, but the Data Protection Act 2018 allows them a calendar month to respond to a Subject Access Request.

I have.  
Also filled out interest in the group Action.  Wouldn’t accept me as my PCN wasn’t within the last 2yrs (aug 2018).  I may send an email to clarify.
