A charity bag has stained my cushion floor pink!

Hi, yes, I felt the same, it's not perfect, it is more visible than the photo sadly, but it's much better than where I started. Decided I'm leaving it and I'll replace it in a few years.twopenny said:From the photo and greatly enlarged I can't see the stain. It now blends in with the tiles and sun and wear should do the rest.
I wonder if now because you have focused on it for so long you can see it.
The more you rub with solvents the more likely you are to do some damage.
It's not terrible, and under artificial lighting it is actually as hard to see as the photos, just one out those annoying things!
Thanks for all the replies.0 -
I'm yet to come across a stain that Big Cleaning Wipes (Screwfix 6437F) don't get out.
They are designed for paints, oils, caulk etc. but seem to get anything out. The only caveat being that they did minimally discolour my sofa (it does say don't use on fabric to be fair), but some minimal discolouration which is visible in the right light seems like the price to get a big ink stain out.
They also have the textured blue wipes, which would be even more aggressive on a hard surface, but I haven't used these.
At £12 a box use them sparingly as it's hardly moneysaving, but they do seem to be good to keep around the house for stains which the first line cleaning products don't shift.2
